The Need

In Michigan alone, an average of 8000 children enter foster care each year.

Typically there is not much notice before children are placed in a foster home, and in most cases, they come with only the clothes they were wearing when they were
removed from their home.

Having appropriate items for that child may be difficult.
This is where our organization bridges the gap between placement and funding.
We want to help reduce the stress and overwhelming feeling that comes
with opening your home to a child.
